We recognize that physical and mental well-being are dependent on a culture of health, not just what happens in the doctor’s office. That’s why we partner with barbershops, hair salons and houses of worship to promote health where people live, play and pray.
Every child needs a village – a connected community of caring adults to support them, and safe and supportive environments that will give them the healthiest start in life. Our coalition seeks to abolish inequities in Rochester and the Finger Lakes Region to support the health of our youngest children.
Our Mental Health and Wellness team focuses on learning more about and supporting the behavioral health of our community, especially our Black and Brown neighbors.
The SACE (Senior Adult Community Engagement) Project elevates the senior adult voice, particularly those of Black and Brown seniors, to a place of value and inclusion in every area of community engagement that affects seniors, their families and their caregivers/providers.
