Wage Disparities by Education Level: Latino vs White

Wage data from Monroe County demonstrate that even when Latino residents achieve higher levels of education, they are still paid significantly less than their non-Latino White counterparts. For example, among people with bachelor’s degrees, Latino workers are paid 85 cents for every dollar paid to White non-Latino workers.
