WHAT: The Regional Consortium on Health Care Workforce will kick off a one year planning process with presentations and discussion around team-based primary care.

WHAT: The Regional Consortium on Health Care Workforce is a high level planning group that will develop recommendations for meeting the region’s need for health care workers through the year 2025. Co-convened by Finger Lakes Health Systems Agency and Finger Lakes Regional Economic Development Council, the Consortium will identify new roles for health care workers and recommend key elements for training and educational programs. The blue ribbon panel is chaired by Monroe Community College president Dr. Anne Kress and includes leadership from educational institutions, hospital systems and other health care employers, health insurers and business. Representative health care consumers also serve on the Consortium.
