Charles Towles manages Common Ground Health’s technology infrastructure, including database administration, data loading and data analysis.
An information technology leader for the past 18 years, Towles is an expert in the development and implementation of cost-effective technology solutions. Prior to joining Common Ground Health, he was a network administrator at Monroe Plan for Medical Care, where he provided technical leadership and consulting across all business units. Solutions he implemented helped the company save hardware/licensing costs and annual storage fees.
Previously, he served as a manager of the Siebel infrastructure platform at Xerox. In this role, he led an international infrastructure support team available 24 hours a day for customer relationship management and field-service business support. As a senior systems engineer at Ciber Inc., Towles oversaw a customer-enterprise data facility and disaster recovery for more than 25 business-critical application platforms.
Charles Towles earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology from the State University of New York at Geneseo. His hobbies include writing fiction books for children and young adults, dog training, traveling, woodworking, board and video gaming, and urban exploration.
