Erin Egloff manages the contracting process across the organization, coordinating all aspects of contracting from preparing, reviewing and approving contract terms to coordinating deadlines. She also ensures the smooth processing of integral work agreements and funding commitments.
With over 18 years of experience in nonprofit operations and program management, Egloff’s background includes fundraising, finance and strategic planning. She previously worked at the National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependence – Rochester Area at DePaul Community Services. Egloff created the agency’s Finger Lakes Addiction Resource Center to promote substance use disorder resources and to identify service gaps.
Since 2018, Egloff has been an active member of Common Ground Health’s Latino Health Coalition and African American Health Coalition. She is a founding member of Citizen Action Rochester.
Egloff earned her bachelor’s degree in English/World Literature and Irish Studies at Pitzer College in Claremont, Calif. Outside of work, she is a bibliophile, genealogist, blood donor and tchotchke collector.
