
Hailey Cox
Healthy Schools Project Coordinator
Hailey Cox designs and implements policy-, systems- and environmental-change strategies that promote children’s health in the Rochester City School District. She also oversees the execution of deliverables in select elementary schools and works with the Healthi Kids team to identify opportunities for district-level improvement.
A results-driven education professional with expertise in relationship building, strategic planning and advocacy, Cox previously served as an education consultant, advising schools, nonprofits and community organizations on education initiatives. She also serves as a math education policy apprentice with the National Parents Union, supporting legislative initiatives and advocacy efforts to promote equitable math education.
Cox’s professional affiliations include the National Parent Leadership Institute and Greater Rochester Health Foundation.
Cox earned a bachelor’s degree in program administration and education from Empire State College and is completing her master’s degree in adult education with an advanced certification in child and family advocacy. Her hobbies include interior design, graphic designing and writing.
