Jennifer Edwards provides operational and administrative assistance to the chief program officer and to initiatives within the Community Health and Engagement Department, which includes Community Health and Well-Being, Mental Health and Wellness, and Healthi Kids.
Before joining Common Ground Health, Edwards served as an administrative assistant at Plug Power. In this role, she supported C-suite executives, managed calendars, coordinated appointments, and managed the travel and community relations programs. At the New York State Department of Health, Edwards worked in the virtual call center as a contact tracer, case investigator and LexisNexis clerk.
Edwards earned a master’s degree in clinical social work from the University of Southern Indiana and a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from SUNY Brockport.
Outside of work, Edwards enjoys time with her family, hiking, traveling, camping and reading.
