As a health planning research analyst, Kathi Lynch supports several different Common Ground Health initiatives, including updating web data and generating project reports. She joined the organization in 2014, bringing more than 15 years of project manager/analyst experience to her position.
Previously, Lynch served as a principal investigator/outreach specialist at Rochester Institute of Technology. In this role, she developed and maintained educational materials and conducted trainings for staff involved in sponsored research. As the data and quality director at the Hillside Work-Scholarship Connection, Lynch monitored student academics, program participation and grant requirements through data and information management methods, and she provided reports to public and private funders.
Lynch also served as a research associate at the Center for Governmental Research and a project manager at Hillside Family of Agencies.
Kathi Lynch earned a master’s degree in cross-disciplinary studies from Rochester Institute of Technology. She is a graduate of United Way of Greater Rochester’s African-American Leadership Development Program and of Leadership Rochester. Besides spending time with her family and her dog, Oliver, she enjoys reading and completing puzzles.
