Lucas Sienk plans, designs and executes analytic approaches and resulting reports and presentations for a variety of stakeholders and staff. Skilled in data analysis, project management and performance improvement, he also interprets results and prepares reports.
Prior to joining Common Ground, Sienk served as a performance improvement coordinator at Rochester Regional Health. In this role, he monitored and forecasted COVID-19’s impact within the Rochester Regional Health system as well as the larger Monroe County service area as a member of a multi-disciplinary team. He previously served as a senior chemical dependency counselor at UR Medicine Strong Recovery, developing and implementing effective change plans.
Lucas Sienk earned an MSBA degree in medical management administration from the Simon Business School at the University of Rochester and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from RIT. A musician, he also enjoys training/competing in Strongman, camping, hiking, canoeing, and spending time with his wife and two sons.
