Megan Donato is responsible for planning, designing and executing analytic approaches and resulting insights, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders and staff.
Before joining the organization, Donato served as a population health and clinical data analyst with Fort Drum Regional Health Planning Organization (FDRHPO). In this role, she guided the organization and its partners in accessing data to inform decision-making for new and ongoing initiatives.
This work included providing community health assessments, helping facilitate the development of community health improvement plans and conducting an annual community health survey of adult residents in Jefferson, Lewis and St. Lawrence counties.
As an adjunct professor in the SUNY Jefferson Department of Mathematics, she taught students the fundamentals of mathematics literacy and intermediate algebra.
Megan Donato is working toward a master’s degree in mindfulness studies at Lesley University. She earned a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics at Syracuse University and associate degrees in mathematics and engineering science at SUNY Jefferson. Her hobbies include pottery, photography, drawing, attending concerts and theater performances, participating in mindfulness meditation groups and attending meditation retreats.
