Nicole Boor audits government grants and contracts, providing fiscal monitoring and reporting of all grant activity. This includes preparing project budgets and year-end reconciliations, as well as managing the agency’s budget-document process.
Previous work experience includes serving as controller and as an accountant Cobblestone Creek Country Club. As controller, Nicole maintained all accounting records and financial activities of the club and prepared financial statements, supporting schedules and forecasts. As an accountant, she assisted with month-end close including balance-sheet reconciliations and journal entries. She also held accounting positions at Hillside Family of Agencies and at EFP Rotenberg.
Nicole earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from St. John Fisher College and an associate degree in business administration and science from Monroe Community College. Her hobbies include walking, being out in the sunshine, country music concerts and spending time with her family, friends and two cats.
