Common Ground staff pause to create, collaborateCommon Ground celebrated its first-ever Creative Collaboration Week, a week of activities designed to spark creativity and foster cross-departmental collaboration. The week was planned by its Organizational Development Workgroup. Events during the week included a cross-departmental meetings, a collaborative session on data visualizations, visits to the Strasenburgh Planetarium, Memorial Art Gallery, and Healthi Kids' playful work in the Beechwood neighborhood of Rochester, a crafting drop-in session, a demonstration of Feldenkrais Awareness movement, a discussion of creativity and a smoothie-making contest.
