Proposed Amendments to Telemental Health Regulations Open for Public Comment

The NYS Office of Mental Health has proposed amendments to Title 14 NYCRR Part 596 – Telepsychiatry Services to expand opportunities to offer telemental health in the NYS regulated mental health system. Proposed changes include expanding eligible practitioner types, eligible settings, distant/hub and spoke/originating site locations, and more.
