FLPPS believes health care transformation requires shared community learning across a diverse audience of clinical and non-clinical staff. Currently the LMS offers free trainings on topics such as value-based payment, and other topics such as emotional intelligence, communicating effectively, time management, conflict resolution, and creative problem solving. The LMS offers over 20 care management topics with new courses being added monthly. Click here for the full course catalog. To further support community learning FLPPS has also developed learning groups for users to collaborate and discuss best practices. To join the community conversation, you can create an LMS account here. FLPPS' enhanced learning platform will increase functionality with personalized dashboards, and a reward shop to motivate learners, manager dashboards and customizable reports. Current users will automatically gain access to the new system. Please share your health care workforce updates If you have a training opportunity or workforce update you'd like us to share, you can send it to: melissa.pennise@commongroundhealth.org, and we will add it to the next newsletter.
